The time to do what you have always wanted to do is now! The best way to go about this is to just do it, to realize and pursue it. Imagine if you did yesterday what you have to do today!
I believe that God wants us to be people who actively do what we are suppose to do. God wants a father to be doing fatherhood, and a preacher to be preaching. Imagine if all our energy was channelled in the right direction of faith. What if we actively do what we do by faith, knowing God blesses what we do? It would make a big difference if we do what we do with the right perspective, acting by faith, unto God, and not by works unto vanity.
As the scripture says “Whatever your hands find to do, do it with your might,” let us do what we do with fervour and passion knowing that our work is unto God.
The scripture says;
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might, for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going. Ecclesiastes 9:10 .
Walk by faith and not by sight
Life is not always straightforward, but we often have to walk to a place we cannot physically see. We sometimes find ourselves walking down lonely streets, trying to make sense of where we are going. This is where it is most inevitable for us to walk by faith, and not by sight. What we cannot see in the flesh, we must see with our spiritual eyes.
I once had a conversation with my sister on the topic of faith. We spoke about the power and the purpose of faith in our lives and situations. I remember bringing up the scripture “without faith it is impossible to please God. Hebrew 11:6” My sister was in a situation where she could either continue to act by faith, or just quit her journey in fear of uncertainty. For her she needed the provision of God, but for God, He needed her faith. The fire of God was waiting to consume her faith on the sacrificial altar. She resorted to faith, and she continued to “walk by faith and not by sight 2 Corinthians 5:7.“
When I say walk by faith, I mean that you walk in the midst of sightlessness. For the person of faith, God is Light. This means that our darkness is not dependent on our light, but on the Light of God. This means that as we work our works, we should constantly depend on the Light of God to show us where to go. God’s Light might reveal difficult patches in our lives, yet difficulties will reveal our strength.
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Don't be afraid
What we should realize more than ever is the crippling effects of fear. Fear will cripple you to your death, if you do not destroy it by your faith. In my own life, fear has been my number one enemy. At times I become so fearful, that I am not able to do what I am suppose to do. Yet in these moments, I depend on the grace of God, and the seed of faith. The truth is that as long as you walk with God, and by faith, you don’t have to be afraid. I am particularly amazed by the amount of times God writes in the Bible “Do not be fearful, Don’t be afraid, don’t be dismayed.”
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

Satan plants every conceivable situation in an aim to fill us with fear, but God uses these same situations to empower our faith. As we face the passing of time, let us never forget that God is before all things, and He also holds all things together. Let us also remember that God is with us as we go. When we are empowered with the truth, then we can walk in the clarity of the power of God.
Conclusion
Be encouraged! You have what it takes to be all that God has created you to be. You have the prerequisite faith to continue the work of God. God is able to keep you, as you depend on His grace. Remember that it is always the right time to continue the work of God, so be strong, and continue. Be Blessed!
