Small Beginnings: Making the first step in the right direction

God bless our small beginnings. Every imaginable thing began in a small state from which it grew into the expanse of what it has become. Consider that the rain that floods us falls drip by drip.

God uses this principle in the general landscape of life in order to achieve His divine will. Even the words that I write, I write one by one, in order to create paragraphs that will result into blogs. I can never write a blog without first writing the first letter in the first word. There is nothing or no one that can disregard this divine principle.

It is as a result very important to make that first step in the right direction. As we make our first steps, let us look by faith at the big picture. This is because without the vision of our faith, we are lead to the land of nowhere. Faith propels us to where we ought to be.

The Bible says that if we have faith as small as a mustard seed we can say to the mountain be moved, and the mountain will be moved. Consider then the great importance of the little – in the great big. I once heard a preacher say, “a million dollars is nothing more that an accumulation of ten dollar bills, and ten dollar bills are made up of dimes.”

Be faithful in your little efforts.

The Bible says that as we are faithful over little, God will make us ruler over much. It is of utmost importance for us to understand this in order to win the victories of our lives. We can win life by conquering every moment, that will result in successful days. If we conquer every day then we will win the yearly war, and a decade’s victory will be won with successful years.

He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.

Embrace your Small Beginnings. Small steps conquer mountains, and little efforts diminish great tasks. Don’t wait for the big day because it may never come. Start small and give your all as you do your part. Impress all your energy on the small things you do, and watch them explode in abundance.

As we do the little things, we will realize that there is great Power in Starting Small. It is not in how small we start, but it has everything to do with the faith that we start with. If we start with faith as small as a mustard seed, we can rebuke any mountain from our lives.<br>

When we fulfill the divine principle of ‘little by little’ we will reap a reward that is big. Don’t be afraid as you go, fear is the killer of dreams. Be bold and brave, and find courage when you do the little things.

Luke 16:10 – He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust in the much.

The world was built in six days, yet God could have done it in one. Look at nature and see how this divine principle resonates. Plants grow little by little and rocks are weathered bit by bit for us to get fertile soils.

Consider as you go, that every little thing that you do will be important in the great big.

Do Wise Little Things As You Practice Small Beginnings

We must do wise little things and stay away from foolishness. If we do many little foolish things, how great will be our foolishness. On the other hand, if we do many little wise things, we will lead a life of wisdom and success.

As you go about life’s great task, conquer this task little by little. May God give you courage and strength, and may you be strong in the middle of the little. Remember as the old saying goes, ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’.

It takes patience and a constant reminder that the big is coming. It also demands of us our faith, because as we do the little we must see the big. Be faithful as you go, and as you do the little things, remember these little efforts are the building blocks of a successful and prosperous life. Be blessed!
